RC Warbird Plans & Vito Tomeo Plans

RC Warbird Plans - It's winter in Winnipeg (Winterpeg) so it's rc warbird building season. The next few posts are intended to create a online nest for information on rc warbird plans - especially the older plans or kits whose designer may have passed on or is no longer advertising his plans or active in rc.
Time to share these plans so that that info is on the web before I croak - not for a few years anyway. What a joy the internet is to us modellers - sharing warbird info with a few clicks of a mouse and key board.
I like 1/5 scale size warbirds though with todays technology any good warbird plan can be scanned and plotted the the scale or wingspan you choose.
Today I'll share some info about  Vito Tomeo. Mr. Tomeo designed and built three warbirds in the 1/5 scale range, a Hawker Tempest, a Hawker Sea Fury and a Republic P-47. Mr. Tomeo passed away in 1996. I have his Hawker Sea Fury and Hawker Tempest plan. I would like to get his P-47 plan. Below is an ad from Scale RC Modeler magazine showing an ad for Tomeo plans.
